Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from handoff to completion.

• Maintain role as the key point of contact for clients as well as internal teams.

• Ensure on-time project completion while adhering to budget and quality standards.

• Manage project timelines & milestones.

• Manage logistics, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Foster effective communication and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle

​Qualifications:

• Expertise in Project Management and proficiency in planning, supervising, and executing projects effectively

• Eperience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring resource availability and compliance with project timelines

• Skills in Inspection processes, ensuring all work and systems meet established standards and requirements

• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordinating schedules, resources, and suppliers

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the low-voltage life safety systems sector is a "MUST"

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.

Our fast growing firm is looking for a qualified fire alarm technician in the low-voltage integration field. Applicants should have experience in various manufacturer’s fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities:

• Service & Troubleshoot addressable & conventional fire alarm systems from a wide range of manufacturers.

• Create site-specific fire alarm system programs based upon job requirements and specifications.

• Assist fellow technicians as needed.

• Discuss and identify customer needs, develop value enhancing solutions to meet customers requirements.

• Achieve assigned service tasks within defined time-frame.

• Maintain ownership of projects and communicate to management the strategy needed to be successful with the client.

• Keep abreast of latest equipment and application methods.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have minimum of 3-5 years experience in low-voltage systems service.

• Approximately three months to become familiar with service territory, customers, product, services, and internal procedures.

• Assertive, outgoing, highly collaborative personality with excellent communications skills.
