We are seeking a Fire Alarm & Security Salesperson to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual should be familiar with the low-voltage integration business.
Responsibilities:
Identify, and solicit new customers.
Develop and expand a prospective client base in the sales territory.
Discuss and identify customer needs, develop value enhancing solutions and consulting on alternatives with client to meet customers' requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets within defined time-frame.
Proposal writing, financial justifications, closing the sale, follow up and customer/client project maintenance.
Provide appropriate support documentation for system sales and installations.
Maintain ownership of projects and communicate to management the strategy needed to be successful with the client.
Keep abreast of latest sales, equipment and application methods.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have minimum of 5 years experience in sales related to fire alarm, security, and A/V systems.
Assertive, outgoing, highly personal personality with excellent communications skills.
Strong attention to detail
Approximately six months to become familiar with sales territory, customers, product, services, and internal procedures.

We are seeking a Fire Alarm & Security Systems Engineer to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Plan & Design low-voltage systems based upon contract documents (drawings and specifcations).
Develop shop drawings using AutoCAD LT based upon project requirements.
Create site-specific fire alarm & security system programs based upon job requirements and specifications utilizing logic and/or rules-based software. (Knowledge of digital logic is a plus.)
Perform various system calculations.
Assist fellow engineers and technicians as needed.
Discuss and identify customer needs, develop value enhancing solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
Achieve assigned engineering tasks within defined time-frame.
Maintain ownership of projects and communicate to management the strategy needed to be successful with the client.
Keep abreast of latest equipment and application methods.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) suite of applications.
Electrical Engineering or Electronics degree is preferred, but not necessary. Understanding of basic electronics is a plus.
Experience using AutoCAD LT is preferred, but not necessary.
Must have a willingness to learn and adapt to day-to-day challenges.

Assist fellow technicians as needed.
Discuss and identify customer needs, develop value enhancing solutions to meet customers requirements.
Achieve assigned service tasks within defined time-frame.
Maintain ownership of projects and communicate to management the strategy needed to be successful with the client.
Keep abreast of latest equipment and application methods.
Qualifications:
